I've been wanting to do this cosplay for years! Plague Knight is my favourite character in Shovel Knight and the only thing stopping me was the lack of a proper weapon and the sub-optimal armor choices. The DLC helped with both - my eyes lit up when I saw the deadly poison perfume bottle in it. It's not a very good weapon, but still, it's a perfect fit.
The armor is not perfect, but it's the best fit in my opinion, the cloaks are either a wildly different color than plaguey's or just don't resemble it.

Replicating Plague Knight's frenetic, bomb-spamming moveset is quite difficult in Elden Ring, but I think I did a good job. Each of the consumables and spells represents a different type of bomb, with the pots being regular bombs with different powders, the Firestone being a bouncing bomb, the spritestone a delayed orbit bomb, the frenzied stone being a sparkler bomb, etc. I used all of the perfumes as Plague Knight mixes up the element of his bombs often. Replicating his signature Bomb Burst was tricky but I settled with Poison Flower Blooms Twice, in part due to the explosion upon impact and how strong the skill is on this build, as you can see in the video.
