It's often thought that an 'enterprise' is another term for 'business' but each term has a slightly different definition that could be connected or disconnected. This video will uncover this often confusing term.

What is enterprise?
Enterprise is about spotting opportunities in a market.

What are the types of thinking that leads to enterprise?
Lateral thinking: is the approach to ‘thinking outside the box’ or wearing ‘six hats’ with a different perspective.

‘Blue sky’ thinking: is the approach of no barriers to thinking or the sky is the limit. Fresh ideas and no ideas are silly.

Serendipity: is the approach to opportunities by chance and in a beneficial way to the organisation.

Intuition: is the approach to opportunities by accident, but theorists believe its involves complex thought processes and decision making.

Serendipity = Kellogg's Corn Flakes
Intuition = Apple
