B.N Rao was a famous jurist. He wanted to become the chairman of the Indian Constitution drafting committee. In an effort to garner the support of world leaders, he went to London and met Political science expert, Prof Jennings. Prof Jennings smiled and said that a political genius is in India itself and why they are searching for another man. He further said that the person he is referring to is none other than Dr B.R. Ambedkar.
