I love "The Godfather". This last scene of "The Godfather part III", in which Michael Corleone dies always makes my eyes wet. The scene embraced with the music, Cavalleria Ruscatina Intermezzo played background seems to me to show that God accepted Michael's expiation and penitence of killing people and his own brother, all of which he did for the protection of his family. When he lost his daughter, his widely opened mouth couldn't produce any voice for a while. That shows what a heavy burden of sin he's held in his mind.

It seems to me that it's Francis Ford Coppola's method to show something universal in human mind by taking up the theme of various unusual world. The Godfather is not a gangster movie. It's trying to show how people will painfully struggle to keep family-love. Dracula（Bram Stoker's） is not a horror movie. What he tried to express is how great human's love to the beloved one could be. Apocalypse Now! is not a war movie. It tells us how crazy we can be in the times of madness, in which the crazy are regarded normal and the real humanity becomes crazy.
