Adidas Adizero Adios Pro First Look Review: Adidas' Alphafly alternative after 30 miles

It's been a while since Adidas produced a performance shoe that could really stand up to the Nike Vaporfly and AlphaFly but with the Adidas Adizero Adios Pro it's hoping to have a marathon racer that can finally compete. The Adios Pro packs that combination of high stack of light, responsive foam, carbon (though not a full plate) and a lightweight mesh upper in a shoe that weighs 246g but comes in significantly cheaper than its rival carbon racers. Adidas says this shoe is its fastest ever marathon shoe and we've been lucky enough to try it out – though not yet over the full 26.2. We have done 30 miles, just not in one go. We'll do a full multi-tester review here soon but in the meantime, here's our first impressions of the Adidas Adizero Adios Pro.
