Hello and welcome to The Hewicks Home! My name is Maria and I'm a 41 year old working mum from Hull.

If you are new here on my channel you will find cleaning motivation, running and snippets into my day to day life. I'm very down to earth and l like to keep my content realistic and relatable. My home is lived in, life is busy and I’m just trying to find that perfect work, life balance.

In today’s vlog I thought we could spend the day together. There’s a real mixed bag from running, a special delivery, GRWM, cooking and cleaning! I made a chicken stew in the slow cooker which was absolutely delicious 🤤. If you’re interested here are the ingredients…

Potatoes
Carrots
Turnip
Parsnips
Leek
Onion
Chicken Breast
Mixed Lentils
Salt & Pepper
Dried Rosemary & Thyme
Smoked Paprika
Chilli Flakes
Chicken & Beef Stock Cubes

Just don’t ask me for measurements because I literally just guess. Put it all in the slow cooker and leave it on all day! Serve with Dumplings and warm crusty bread 👌🏼👌🏼
