What we did to get our countryside house in Japan ready for winter

With winter upon us here in the countryside of Japan, we brace ourselves for another chilly season in our Japanese akiya house. 🍋Yuzu Syrup Recipes:
1. Honey Yuzu: https://acleanbake.com/yuzu-simple-sy... This recipe is a good choice if you prefer using natural honey instead of rock sugar.
2. Rock Sugar Yuzu Syrup: https://yjc.tokyo/japanesefood-recipe... This is my personal favourite recipe. I made two versions of it—one with pulp and one without. The one with pulp is more tart, while the one without is quite sweet, but both are really good.
