Taking Cooking food back to basics.

Ingredients:
- 500g (4 cups) all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp mustard powder (optional, for added flavor)
- 100g (7 tbsp) unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 300g (2 1/2 cups) grated mature cheddar cheese (plus extra for topping)
- 300ml (1 1/4 cups) milk
- 1 large egg (for egg wash)

Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F)
Airfryer 180°C (360°F)
Bake for 12-15 minutes until the scones are well-risen and golden brown on top.
