Can you really train your brain to become smarter? That's the question I'm addressing in this video.
Essentially, the answer is "yes." Brain plasticity shows us that it is possible to change the shape of specific brain regions/networks and the connectivity between them. But the question is how we go about this and what the most effective methods really are. Can dual n-back improve working memory? Is running really that good for the brain?
