Crime Nandakumar has been taken into police custody. The action was taken on the complaint of an employee who alleged that Nandakumar had forced her to co-produce a pornographic video of Health Minister Veena George. Last year, TP Nandakumar, also known as Crime Nandakumar, was arrested for making defamatory remarks against Minister Veena George. Nandakumar was summoned byprobe team for questioning and was later arrested by Kakkanad cyber police arrested him. A case was registered against Nandakumar for making defamatory remarks against the minister over the phone and circulating the audio clip on social media. Nandakumar had recently called a press conference in connection with the gold smuggling controversy involving Swapna Suresh. Nandakumar had met the media a few days back, denying that he was involved in the conspiracy with George and Swapna to defame Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayan. Saritha S Nair, the accused in the solar case, said that the conspiracy took place in her office in the presence of Swapna and George. Nandakumar was responding to the news that Nair had given a statement to the police. Saritha Nair, the accused in the solar scam case, had told the Special Investigation Team (SIT) that Swapna Suresh's recent allegations against Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan was the master plan of PC George and Nandakumar, the editor of Crime Magazine. He claimed that Saritha was lying and that Swapna, George and she had never met together. 'Our publication was planning a joint interview with Swapna and George. But it did not happen,” Nandakumar said. It was after when the audio clip of a telephone conversation between George and Saritha Nair came out in the media that allegations arose that the government was conspiring against Swapna Suresh.
