2023 Mazda CX-30 in-depth Walkaround

the 2023 Mazda CX-30 is the small SUV to buy if you've got taste and tact. It has nearly all the same moves as the excellent Mazda 3 hatchback with slightly more practicality. It wears Mazda's latest design language quite well and also sports a cabin that's lined with class-above materials, so you can pretend you spent more money than you really did.

The new Mazda CX-30 offers 2 different powertrains. All the models are equipped with the standard 2.5L I4 engine that pumps out 186 hp Whereas, on the Premium, facilitates an optional Skyactiv-G Turbocharged engine, which is capable of producing 250 hp and the Turbo trim brings it as standard. All the model's pair with a 6-speed automatic transmission. With a fluid-responsive steering wheel, it handles the car comfortably. The I4 achieves mileage figures of — 24mpg in the city, 31 mpg on the highway, and 26 mpg combined. It manages a range of — 304.8 miles in the city, 397.3 miles on the highway, and 330.2 miles combined. It completes 0-60 in 9 seconds. The solid turbocharged engine is felicitated with a mileage of – 22 mpg in the city, 30 mpg on the highways, and 25 mpg combined. Range figures– 279.4 miles in the city, 381 miles on the highways, and 317.5 miles combined. The whole lineup carries a fuel capacity of 12.7 gallons. Faster than Volkswagen Golf GTI, it reaches 0-60 in just 6.4 seconds.

The base CX-30 2.5 S starts at $24,225, including $1,275 for the destination, representing an $800 price hike over last year's model. The bottom trim is no slouch, offering a host of standard driver aids including adaptive cruise control with stop-and-go capability, automatic emergency braking, automatic high beams, lane-departure warning, and lane-keeping assist. Its 8.8-inch infotainment screen offers both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and other create comforts include two USB ports, an 8-speaker audio system, and keyless entry.
