The ABAP Cleaner helps you to quickly and easily keep your ABAP code clean, i.e. to enable Clean ABAP. Of course, this tool alone does not guarantee that you will program Clean ABAP, but it will help you to comply with the guidelines and specifications more easily. The tool is free and freely available and, in my opinion, should be used by every ABAP developer. Be it for day-to-day programming or code review. It saves time and allows you to focus on ABAP programming.
