Hidden Dinosaur Cutscene You CAN Unlock as Arthur (RDR 2)

Generally, you can't unlock this cutscene as Arthur, but apparently, the required 1 of 30 dinosaur bones can be noted. From the creator of the file I used:
'Did you know that if you walk around carrying a cougar corpse it will protect your head from the (New Austin) sniper, and you don't put it down when writing the location of dino bone? Furthermore, you CAN finish that mission with Arthur. The devs created dialogue in his voice and everything, which is further evidence IMO that they fully intended to have people get into New Austin before the Epilogue.'
