Perfect FILTER COFFEE | How to make authentic South Indian Kaapi | Magic of Brass Filter

Filter Coffee or Kaapi is a famous South Indian hot beverage that is prepared by mixing hot milk with coffee decoction/brew prepared using a Traditional Indian Coffee filter that is made of Brass or Stainless steel. Grounded coffee with varying chicory proportions are used for preparing the decoction. With increase in the percentage of Chicory, the color and the consistency of the brew improves. The decoction brewed using the filters made of Brass give amazingly rich taste to coffee thats beyond words.
