Spain Hosts the 10th Edition of the OECD Global Roundtable on Equal Access to Justice, Organized Together with the Ministry of the Presidency, Justice and Relations with the Parliament

The opening session was chaired by Minister Félix Bolaños, alongside OECD Deputy Secretary-General Mary Beth Goodman, who welcomed high-level representatives from more than 40 countries, including ministers and secretaries of state for justice from around the world.

Throughout the first day, the discussions focused on major global challenges and the opportunities to build a 21st-century justice system: more modern, more digital, and above all, more people-centered.

Participants shared experiences and insights on how to transform justice into a true public service, capable of responding to new social realities.

With this inauguration, Spain strengthens its position as an international benchmark in judicial innovation and international cooperation, marking the start of three days of debate aimed at advancing toward more accessible, effective, and people-focused justice systems.
