Ep 2 of the career build challenge: making a house for a teacher with a budget of §18,878. This is part 1 of 3 education career builds I'm going to do, which will become a row of terraced houses, one for a teacher, one for a lecturer, and one for a professor, as the income of these jobs changes drastically.
I love this build because it also works as a cute starter home in the Sims.
