This is a casual video on felting Suri alpaca fiber into a lovely cowboy hat. I start with 4 ounces of Suri alpaca roving and show you the wet felting process which takes about 4 hours (shortened to 15 minutes here). Then I show you how I finish this hat with a hat band, wire in the brim, and hat stiffener. The finishing takes another 1-2 hours but is recorded in 7 minutes.
