“The most important way policymakers can support us is by investing in additional education and training programs, particularly for people who are not enrolled in traditional four-year colleges. Because building a skilled workforce is very, very important for manufacturing. So whether it’s automation technician programs or robotics technician programs, investing in that type of education across the country would be the most important for building manufacturing in the United States.”
