1ST AMENDMENT AUDIT JANESVILLE, WISCONSIN -ROADTRIP

While conducting a first amendment audit in Janesville, Wisconsin, I explored a bit and then ran into Becky. I asked Becky for some Foia forms to complete my FOIA compliance check and of course an officer complaint form and process check, which she notified me that I can do it anonymously if I wanted and that online is an option. NO tyrants found! Becky appeared to be a kind, helpful employee of the people and someone the department should be proud of. Way to go and a big THANK YOU to Becky for her quick, friendly service and of course....for respecting our 1st amendment right to film in public! I hope all employees of Janesville, WI pd behave the way Becky did!
