Just simple test quality test with cheap USB capture card. As you can see these cheap USB capture cards have come long way and the quality is actually quite good without FPS loss. Recorded with highest possible settings from capture card (FULL HD 1080p 30 FPS).

Please note that HDMI splitter is needed for capturing with this USB capture card, unless you want to play while looking at OBS recording windows. I use this splitter https://amzn.to/35SiIT5 You also need 2 extra HDMI cables for the splitter.

Also its good to keep in mind that there are multiple of these cheap capture cards and their the quality control can be nonexistent, It might be good idea to order many of them at the same time so, at least some of them might work. More test coming soon.
