*Ingredients:*
1. Wheat flour
2. Gram flour
3. Cumin seeds
4. Crushed carom seeds
5. Red chilly powder
6. Salt
7. Ghee (clarified butter)
8. Onions
9. Fresh coriander
10. Green chillies
11. Coriander seeds (crushed)
12. Water
13. Oil or ghee (for cooking)

*Procedure:*
1. Mix wheat flour, gram flour, cumin seeds, crushed carom seeds, red chilly powder, salt, ghee, and crushed coriander seeds.
2. Add onions, fresh coriander, and green chillies to the mixture. Allow the onions to release water.
3. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes.
4. Prepare a dough using water. Do not knead; just combine the ingredients to avoid gluten formation.
5. Make small dough balls.
6. Flatten a ball on a hot pan, creating white spots as it cooks.
7. Remove from the pan, dust with wheat flour, and roll out a thick Koki.
8. Prick the Koki with a knife or fork to aid in even cooking.
9. Cook the Koki on medium flame with ghee until crispy.
10. Pack the Koki in a lunchbox with preferred sides (e.g., schezwan chutney, ladoo, cucumber, ketchup).
11. For children, make smaller-sized kokis.
12. Pack the tiffin and keep it in the fridge after packing.
13. Serve and enjoy!
