As a young man learning to play plectrum banjo back in the 1970's, my three main influences were: Eddie Peabody, John McKinley and Frank Vodich. I put this arrangement together and when I listened back to it I could hear those great players and how there sensibilities shaped me as a musician.
The banjo is a 1929 Vega Vox 1, skin head, strings 10, 12, 14, 20 wound.
