David explores the concept of working versus playing and how to be more productive in meetings using LEGO bricks. David J. Kubacki, a 1996 graduate of CRWU, founded the ViaDel Consulting Group in 2015 and offers corporate and nonprofit consulting with a focus on strategic planning & team building. He is a LEGO® Serious Play® certified facilitator and uses ViaDel’s signature program, ViaBricks, to engage teams in innovative workshops using LEGO bricks. Prior to his consulting career, David spent over a decade working with NativityMiguel Schools - private, tuition-free middle schools for low-income, inner-city students - across the country before acting as the President of Nativity Prep of Wilmington. He lives in Delaware with his wife, Grace, and daughter, Olivia, and enjoys classical music, cycling, and grilling.
