The video is sped up in some parts. The total install time was ~6 Minutes. Being able to position the hardtop and securely clamping it down made the installation fairly straight forward. I didn't expect pulling off the protective backing would be that tricky, tearing in some places and leaving small bits behind. Make sure everything is removed before laying it down as the glue is very strong!
