Dr. Liegner mentions his incidence of neuropathy, psychosis and liver toxicity in treating his patients for Lyme on disulfiram over 2 years. He said he has never seen anything else work this well and always knew antibiotics were not the answer very early on.

Dr. Rajadas discusses past preclinical research studies and ones currently being done to identify potential side affects. He discuses the need for slow delivery to avoid toxicity. Dr. Rajadas also mentions treating cancer with disulfiram he found in the literature that exists.
