We are hiring for both BPO Voice & Non-Voice processes.

The candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent and 0-3 years of experience in the field or a related area with good command of the English language.

Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. They should be able to work under the immediate supervision of the team leader or manager. The target is to ensure excellent service standards and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
