This was my first multi-day hike and being the epic landscape of Tasmania- I really wanted to do something special for this video. Usually with these videos you'd see my friends (usually Taylor) candidly walking past camera and struggling up mountains, but this time round itsa me aswell! I hauled my tripod along with my 15kg backpack and to get most of the shots I had to set the tripod and the shot, walk away from the camera candidly, and then run back to the camera to get the shot.

Nonetheless, I think it was worth it and hopefully this captures the amazing time we had there. The walk itself is unlike anything I've experienced and would recommend to anyone who wants to get into multi-day hiking but doesn't know where to start. We stayed in clean and new cabins with heated kitchens and pretty much glamped the whole time. It was kind unexpected that we would meet heaps of like minded people along the way- getting to know people from all over Australia over games of cheat, connect4 and chess as the sun sets over the 3 capes. It was sad saying goodbye to all these new friends as it would have been great to continue the adventure with them around Tasmania.
