Open World Celestial Mirage Build Guide

A viewer requested a Mesmer build to farm in the open world with, which I happily obliged. Instead of making a single build, I decided to make 2 different builds that can both use the same gear set.

One will focus on farming in general, with a focus on burst damage, tagging potential for meta events, and mobility. While the other is tailor made for soloing more difficult content, such as champions, bounties, etc.

Both builds use Celestial Gear, which is a one size fits all that works really well in the open world. If you have multiple sets available, or Legendary Armor, you could further optimize the stats. I go over which stats you could take instead of Celestial, to double down on both builds' potential.
