Mr. R. Nataraj, Former DGP TN and Former Chairman TNPSC expressed his pleasure to be a part of the 20th edition of the “ICTACT Bridge”, and thanked Mr. Sivakumar, the CEO of ICTACT for the wonderful opportunity given to him to be a part of the event.
He clearly dissected through the survey results conducted midst the youngsters on joining the public services few years back and stated that he was able to see lots of public service aspirants.
He also laid down the selection process, eligibility, and job description of the Public Services Department and talked about the examination system, selection system and the different ways of attracting youngsters to join the Public Services Department.
Finally, he concluded with a motivating statement that there are lots of hurdles to be crossed to achieve success and recognition in government department; but when there is a contribution with zeal and enthusiasm it can be surpassed easily.
