Dr. Chandy, the current Director of Christian Medical College, Vellore, has been living his calling since 1985. From its humble beginnings as a one-bed clinic in 1900, CMC today epitomises both compassion and innovation. CMC is globally recognised for its unique model of delivering world-class treatment at the lowest possible cost. Dr. Chandy's area of interest has been Organisational Dynamics and Human Resource Management for Health. He travels and speaks widely on Health and Management topics and has been invited to national and international forums as a resource person. He is also an alumnus of the Haggai Institute of Leadership and serves on their regional faculty. He writes on life issues in management devotionals, Christian magazines, and newsprint.
