Indoor arena: 22m x 45m with professional lighting and wax surface
Outdoor arena: 20m x 60m
Big airy brick stables with automatic water drinkers, and rubber mats, and all with windows that open at the back with spectacular views
34 acres of Individual turnout, with paddocks on hills to help build muscle
Horse walker to be installed in the very near future
Wash box with running hot and cold water
Grooming box
Someone always on site, and late night checks carried out daily

Large tackroom with kitchen facilitates and seating area

I am a light-weight, small lady rider, who is sympathetic. I have produced horses up to 1.30 level. I competed for many years in showing before turning to show jumping, with wins and placings at RIHS and HOYS, which has provided me with a high level of experience in schooling horses on the flat.

Fully insured, and many references available.
