Exclusive Woody Hayes Roast

Filmed by Don R. Russell in 1987 a week before Woody's death at the Columbus Roast Association roast for Woody on
March 5,1987.. Don grew up in the same hometown as Woody and met him several times. Woody's father was the school superintendent. Don now is 923 as of June 2021 and lives in Brentwood, TN a suburb of Nashville, TN.

Some of the coaches in attendance were Lou Holtz, Bo Schembechler, Bill Mallory, and Earl Bruce. Archie Griffin is also in attendance and speaks.

This video is 90 minutes of the roast honoring Woody and Earl Bruce with many other coaches that coached under Woody and went on to their own fame.
