In Bulandshahr, a gas cylinder burst in the district has become a big one. The cylinder exploded while cooking food in the hostel canteen of the Government Polytechnic College here. The accident caused a stir in the entire college campus. A total of 20 people including 15 college students, 5 college staff have been badly burnt in the accident
