Ratel vs Top Off-Roaders Snow Edition

All testing done on PC with FPS capped to 160. The Ratel isn't among the fastest off-roaders in the snow (maybe without snow it would get relatively closer) but It's the most enjoyable and rewarding to drive of the top 6 easily. Would make a good playlist car as it isn't a grip monster so will reward more skilled drivers, but is also far more benign than the vagrant which will make for less chaotic and crashed filled races.
