At the Scottish Affairs Committee at Westminster today Angus Robertson's constant blaming of the UK government was addressed by Christine Jardine.

Ms Jardine asked: 'If, as you say, it's entirely the fault of the government, they are making incursions into areas which, they should not be and that they are to blame for the failure of legislation. Why is it every time it goes to court, the court rules that the UK government is in fact correct. And it's the Scottish government, which is not acting within the constitutional framework.'

As Mr Robertson tried to answer, Ms Jardine kept interrupting him as he wasn't answering her question.
