In part 2 of the new “Bio-Individual” podcast, we’re taking a look at Wilhelm Reich and Reichian therapy from a perspective of individuals who have used it for many years. We talk about some weirder experiences, such as the fabled “brain orgasm”, who these experiences create permanent “brain change”. How character fits into Reich’s theories, and we speculate on the meaning of it all. How it all fits in.

We're going to explore the basics of tension and release, character in a Reichian sense, and if this form of therapy can be of use to individuals.
