Jesus Came to Send a Sword to Divide

God divides light from darkness. He has been doing that since Genesis 1:4. When Jesus came to this earth He did the same thing every time He spoke. The same message, the same miracles, always affected people differently. Some believed, but most "went their way." Things continue that same way today. The same sermon that turns one soul toward God will likely turn another away from God. Jesus said plainly that He did not come to send peace on earth, but to send a sword, that would divide people into two groups - the sheep and the goats, the saved and the lost. Which way does Jesus send you running? Away from Him or toward Him? To the light, or to the darkness?
