Inspired by a poem by Paul Rochberg (1944-1964):

My room has four walls. 9/15/1960

like a babycarriage
like a coffin
My room has four walls.
and a closet with
sliding doors that
open and close
like an elevator

Last night a man stepped out
of the closet and
said
sorrywrongfloor
got in and shut the door

I hope he finds it,
because I can still
hear the elevator.
