It appears I have a swivel hub leak. A swivel hub rebuild is a massive job for me. Fortunately Landcruiser swivel hubs of the same era are basically the same, so with plenty of you tube videos and a swivel hub rebuild kit I was able to tackle this immense job. It was not pretty. I made multiple mistakes, learned heaps, and most of all kept the cost of the hub rebuild to a minimum.
