APM Performance Pathway and ACO Reporting:
In the 2021 Final Rule, CMS announced the new APM Performance Pathway (APP) which is now required for MSSP ACOs. In addition, 2021 is the last year for the web interface mechanism. The good news is the new QPP participation option reduces the number of measures from 10 to 3 and aligns the reporting process more closely with MIPS, which many providers and practices are familiar with. APMs with multiple EHRs or different workflows across member organizations will likely face challenges in their ability to aggregate data for their ACO reporting. Mingle Health is here to help. We work with you holistically to meet your goals and bring together data, review workflows, and analyze quality measures.
