Dr. Mark Luciano gives an excellent overview of how cerebrospinal fluid flow abnormalities can affect the diagnosis and treatment of Chiari malformation and related disorders like syringomyelia, idiopathic intracranial hypertension (IIH), CSF leak and other conditions. He describes the various symptoms each syndrome causes and describes why certain treatments work and others do not.
