TROUT TOWNS EP. 6 - Santa Fe, NM

Описание к видео TROUT TOWNS EP. 6 - Santa Fe, NM

Located in North Central New Mexico at the foothills of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains, Santa Fe is a bucketlist location for fans of history, architecture, art, food, and yes - even trout fishing. On this episode of Trout Towns, we first tackle a wilderness section of the Pecos River, fly fishing for wild browns and stocked bows at high elevation. Next, we’ll be scrambling into and out of box canyons just outside of the Valles Caldera National Preserve to prove that the size of the stream does not indicate the quality of the fishery. While in town, we’ll highlight some of Santa Fe’s rich historical past - starting out as a Spanish Colony, then transitioning to a Mexican territory, and finally a U.S. state. Sante Fe is bristling with history around every corner. Known for its Adobe, Spanish, and Territorial Style architecture, Santa Fe is a genuinely unique cityscape worthy of the good ole' American walking tour. Please join me today as we fish, explore, and embrace our very next Trout Town in Sante Fe, New Mexico.
