Join Bird Conservancy of the Rockies as we celebrate the first annual Nebraska Outdoor Women’s month in March. Women & Birds of Nebraska will be honoring two Nebraska women who have had significant impacts in Nebraska bird conservation, Mary Bomberger Brown and Marian Langan. We will highlight each of these women’s lives with a panel of family, friends, researchers and coworkers who knew Mary and Marian. The webinar will focus on their impact on birds in Nebraska, sharing the legacy they left for women in science and reminiscing on memories
