Baati :
4 cup whole wheat atta
1/2 cup besan
1/2 cup bareek sooji
2 teaspoon ajwain
Salt to taste
2 big spoonful ghee
Aata Churma :
2 cups aata
1/4 cup bareek sooji
1 &1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 pinch salt
1/4 cup ghee
Besan Churma :
2 cups besan
1 pu ch salt
1/4 cup ghee
1 cup Powdered sugar
Rose Churma :
2 cups aata
1 pinch salt
1/4 cup ghee
1&1/2 cup powdered sugar
2-3 drops red colour
3-4 drops Rose essence
Masala for Masala Baati:
1 teaspoon each of jeera, coriander seeds and saunf
1 cup matar
Red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt and black salt (as per taste)
1 teaspoon haldi powder
Adding chat masala or amchur and green chillies is optional to make the masala spicy n tangy.
