Sharing the recipe of the Panki here.

Ingredients:

1 cup rice flour
1/2cup curd
1/4th tsp turmeric
1/4th tsp asafetida
1/2tsp salt
1/2tsp cumin crushed
1tsp ginger green chili paste
Water

Make a thin batter with all the ingredients mentioned above. Grease banana leaf and pour a ladle full of batter and spread it thinly. Cover it with another banana leaf and cook each side on low flame for 3-4 mins or until the banana leaf shows brows spots.

Serve it hot and Enjoy!
