The 2024 Bajaj Pulsar NS200 has been launched with some much-needed updates that have made it more competitive than its rivals. To get a brief overview of the same, check out our story in images here.

The Bajaj Pulsar NS200 is a 200cc performance-oriented naked bike. The Bajaj Pulsar NS200 is derived from the KTM 200 Duke and is the first Bajaj bike to roll out of the Bajaj-KTM partnership in 2012. Back then, it was also the most powerful bike from Bajaj. The 2024 model gets a few updates, such as a redesigned LED headlight and an all-LCD instrument console.

The Bajaj Pulsar NS200 gets a BS6.2-compliant 199.5cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine generating 24.5PS at 9750rpm and 18.74Nm at 8000rpm. The engine is paired with a 6-speed transmission. The tested real-world mileage of the Bajaj Pulsar NS200 is 40.84 km in the city and 40.36kmpl on the highway.

The new Bajaj Pulsar NS200 is built on a perimeter frame. It gets an inverted fork and a nitrox monoshock. In terms of braking, it gets a 300mm disc at the front and a 230mm disc at the rear, with dual-channel ABS as standard. The Pulsar NS200 has 17-inch wheels, it features a 100-section front and 130-section rear tubeless tyre.

The ground clearance of 168mm is good for dealing with speed breakers and uneven road surfaces. The Pulsar NS200 has a fuel tank capacity of 12 litres.
