Our neon polishes are custom-formulated to be worn without a white base color and its UV reactive properties means it glows under black light. HOW TO
Shake well before use as particle settlement may occur. For best results, apply base coat, 2 to 3 thin coats of nail polish then finish with top coat. Use in conjunction with our Get Ready Base and Coat Looking Glass Top Coat for the ultimate long-lasting manicure.
