Alpaca Mount Guide - How To Get Every 8.3 Alpaca Mount in WoW!

Alpaca mount guide! Walking you through how to get the Springfur Alpaca, Elusive Quickhoof and Mollie alpaca mounts added to WoW in Patch 8.3. The new WoW alpaca mounts are too cute to not go for. In order of difficulty, I'd rank the 8.3 alpaca mounts as Springfur Alpaca easiest - Elusive Quickhoof medium and then Mollie as potentially the hardest alpaca mount to grind out since you have so little control over the drop. If you get lucky with Mollie, the Elusive Quickhoof will be the toughest alpaca mount.

For the Springfur Alpaca, start by collecting Gersahl Greens from Gersahl shrubs along the riverbanks of Uldum. You'll need 7 in total, so you may as well just stock up and keep them in your bags. Then, you need to find the Friendly Alpaca. There are 13 spawn points, it has a 5 minute or so uptime with a 5-10 minute respawn. If available, I recommend joining Friendly Alpaca farming groups that can plant a member on each spawn point to wait for the alpaca. You need to find and feed the Friendly Alpaca 7 times before it will offer you the Alpaca it in quest and the Springfur Alpaca mount.

For the Elusive Quickhoof alpaca mount, you need to find the rare Elusive Quickhoof alpaca NPC in Vol'dun and feed it 1 Seaside Leafy Greens mix. You can buy the Seaside Leafy Greens mix from Tortollan vendors, including the one on the Brutosaur auctioneer mount. You only need to find the Elusive Quickhoof once, but it has a much longer respawn time than the Friendly alpaca. Like the Friendly Alpaca, multiple people can feed it and get their Elusive Quickhoof mounts from one Elusive Quickhoof spawn.

For Mollie, you need to wait for Dunegorger Kraulok to become the active BfA world boss. They're on a six week rotation. Once he's up, kill him on as many 120 alts as you have. Leveling more alts to farm Dunegorger Kraulok on is the only way to improve your odds at a Mollie mount drop.
