From NGOs to T&S | Laura, Liz and Paola

"From NGOs to T&S" was a great panel discussion about transitioning from working for a non-governmental organization (NGO) to trust and safety with guests Laura Randall, Child Safety Lead, Liz Hegarty, Teen Safety Policy Manager, and Paola Maggiorotto, Trust and Safety Senior Process Director and host, Kaofeng Lee, Director of Organization Development at TSPA. In addition to sharing their career journeys, panelists reflected on what they learned working with NGOs that prepared them for T&S roles. Panelists also spoke about when and how they collaborate with NGOs in their current roles and what we, as a community, can do to best facilitate continued collaborations between NGOs and T&S teams.
