🚶‍♂️Every day I walk at least one mile and see the most interesting things.

🚶‍♂️ My goal is to walk at least one mile for 100 consecutive days.

🚶‍♂️ It would be great if several people wanted to come along on this journey with me and we would could keep each other motivated with our progress.

🚶‍♂️ I am going to record my progress every day with how many miles I walked and the total number of miles to date.

🚶‍♂️ If you want to join me, just write down your personal goal in the comment section, maybe you just want to get started with a half mile three days a week.

🚶‍♂️ The key is to write it down your personal goal and do your best to stick to it.

🚶‍♂️ People with written goals are 10x more effective than people who just think about them, so make sure you comment with whatever your personal goal is.

🚶‍♂️ I will be posting each and every day for at least 100 days and if people want me to continue, I will do another month.

🚶‍♂️ The hardest part seems to be just getting started every day and if I know others are doing it too, it will keep me motivated to continue doing it every day and maybe it will motivate you too.

🚶‍♂️ It seems everyone spends 2 or 3 hours watching tv or playing on the computer, so walking 20 minutes a day does not really seem to be that big of a task.

🚶‍♂️ The hardest part just seems to get going every day and if you know others are doing it with you, it makes it a lot easier.

🚶‍♂️ My goal would be to make the channel interactive where each day you can record your progress and see what others are doing too.

🚶‍♂️ You can comment if it was easier for you or if it was hard to get motivated, how far you walked, where you walked, just whatever you want.

🚶‍♂️ The key is to just do it and record your progress, so you will be motivated to do it again tomorrow.
